Terms and Conditions – Valentina London
Article 1 – Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: The period within which a consumer may exercise the right to withdraw from the agreement.

Consumer: A natural person not acting for business or professional purposes, who enters into a distance agreement with Valentina London.

Day: A calendar day.

Long-term transaction: An agreement for the delivery of products and/or services spread over time.

Durable medium: Any tool (e.g. email) that allows the consumer or trader to store information for future reference in an unchanged format.

Right of withdrawal: The right of the consumer to cancel a distance contract during the cooling-off period.

Trader: Valentina London, offering products remotely via its online platform.

Distance contract: An agreement concluded between Valentina London and the consumer, using one or more methods of remote communication.

Means of distance communication: Tools used to conclude a contract without physical presence (e.g. online, email).

General Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions governing all offers and distance contracts.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer, order, and distance agreement made between Valentina London and the consumer.
Before concluding an agreement, the text of these Terms and Conditions will be made available to the consumer electronically in a way that allows for storage and future access.
If any clause is found to be void or invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Any invalid clause will be replaced with a valid one that closely reflects the original intention.
Article 4 – The Offer

Offers that are time-limited or subject to specific conditions will clearly state this.

Valentina London reserves the right to amend offers at any time.

Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible, though minor variations may occur due to lighting or display settings.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is established when the consumer accepts an offer and fulfills the stated conditions. For electronic transactions, confirmation will be sent immediately.
Valentina London may verify a consumer’s ability to meet payment obligations before accepting an order and may refuse an order on reasonable grounds.
Upon completion of the purchase, the consumer will receive confirmation including order details, total cost, complaint procedures, and information on the right of withdrawal.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
For product purchases:

Consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

If the order includes multiple items or shipments, the cooling-off period begins after the last item is received.

If information regarding the right of withdrawal is not properly provided, the cooling-off period may be extended by up to 12 months.

During this period, consumers may inspect the product but must handle it with care. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer unless otherwise stated.
If a service has already begun at the consumer's request during the cooling-off period, a proportional charge may apply.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If the right of withdrawal is exercised:

The consumer will only be responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

Valentina London will issue a refund within 14 days of being notified of the return, provided the returned item is received in original condition.

If the consumer chose a more expensive delivery method, only the standard shipping cost will be refunded.
