We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Received the Wrong or a Defective Item?
If your order arrived incorrect or faulty, please email us at info@valentina-london.uk with your order number and a description (and photo if possible). We’ll resolve the issue quickly and ensure you’re taken care of.


Change of Mind?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in unused, unworn condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.

Please note:
We cannot accept returns of items that are used, damaged, opened, or not in resalable condition.


How to Request a Return

Step 1 – Contact Us
Send an email to info@valentina-london.uk with your order number, delivery address, and reason for return.
We’ll respond with the return form and full instructions.

Step 2 – Prepare Your Return

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Clearly mark the package as "Returns"

  • Use a tracked and insured shipping service – we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels

  • Returns without prior approval may not be accepted

Step 3 – Email Tracking Info
Once shipped, send us the tracking number so we can monitor the return and process your refund quickly.


Important Information

  • Returns must be sent securely packaged to avoid damage in transit

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return

  • Our returns are processed outside the UK (Asia)
    ➤ Please note: Return shipping costs can be up to £35 and are non-refundable
