Orders are processed quickly—usually within 24 hours. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately with your order number. We'll do our best to make the change, but once your order is shipped, changes may not be possible.

Standard delivery takes approximately 8–12 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

For UK deliveries, we use trusted partners such as Royal Mail and DHL.
WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
Larger orders may be sent in multiple packages and may arrive separately within 1–2 business days.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

WHAT CONDITION MUST PRODUCTS BE IN TO BE RETURNED?
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
IS THERE A RESTOCKING FEE?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping. For other returns or exchanges, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
